The dust problem in the feed processing process is the focus of the safety production and environmental protection work of the feed factory. And it is understood that when the feed factory is producing and processing raw materials, different amounts of dust will be generated in the processes that are not understood, such as material transportation, mixing, crushing, screening, packaging and other production links. Today, Xiaobian will share with you. What are the dust generation points in the feed processing workshop?
Dust production point in feed processing workshop:
1. At the feeding port:
Most of the raw materials in the feed factory are manually poured into the feeding port, and a large amount of dust is easily generated during the feeding process. Therefore, a small vacuum can be set up at each feeding port, which is directly placed in the feeding port for dust removal. cover. In this way, it can not only be used as feeding dust collection, but also can be used as air suction for the base part of each feeding elevator, so as to realize recycling while feeding and removing dust.
2. At the crusher:
If mechanical discharge is used at the pulverizer, a pulse dust removal device can be set up at the reverse end of the discharge auger, which has both the functions of dust removal and air suction. Note that the wind should be closed at the outlet of the auger during installation to prevent air leakage. The inlet of the pulverizer can be entered twice to ensure that the pulverizer has enough air volume to pass through the pulverizing chamber when different holes are pulverized, and also solves the problem of blocking the air closer and improves the reliability of the system. This method is also suitable for the reconstruction project of the current feed factory for the process of the suction system of the auxiliary materials of the poor pulverizer.
3. Small material addition:
Due to the small amount of small ingredients, they need to be added separately in the mixer. Due to the fine particle size of this part of the material, although the amount is small, it is still easy to cause dust to fly. For small feed mills, a dust removal point can be set up here; for large and medium-sized feed mills, a vacuum system or a central dust collection system can be set up. This can not only avoid cross-contamination in the combined air net, but also make the sucked powder directly return to the mixer, preventing the loss of small materials, thereby effectively ensuring the quality of the feed.
4. At the silo group:
Various silos in large and medium-sized feed mills are relatively high in simplicity, and dust will fly when the materials enter the silos. Negative pressure facilities should be set up to deal with them. For the combined silo group, it is impossible to set up dust collectors in each silo. The selection of the dust collection point should be specific and accurate according to the location, but the upper part of each silo should be connected. The dust suction points set up collect the dust rising from each bin through the upper space. The general practice is to set one point in the silo to be pulverized, two points in the batching silo, one point in the granulation silo, and one point in the finished product silo, which are combined into their respective dust removal air nets, and the suction air volume can be adjusted according to the size of the silo. Determine, then configure the appropriate vacuum system.
5. Bucket elevator:
In the machine knot below the 10,000-ton level, suction is generally carried out at the machine head, that is, the discharge place to prevent dust from flying. For large and tall hoists, the feeding and discharging points should be used to absorb air at the same time, and the combined wind net should be incorporated to reduce the length of the wind net and reduce the resistance along the way. The specific design can be handled separately, that is, the suction air of the machine head can be combined in the centralized net, and the suction air of the machine base can be separately entered into the adjacent dividing devices.
6. Other places:
In the cleaning of raw materials, coolers and packaging of finished products, suction points should also be designed according to needs and incorporated into the combined air net.
We know that dust itself is non-toxic, but it mixes with air to a certain extent, and it will cause dust explosion in case of open fire. Long-term exposure to an environment containing a large amount of dust will seriously affect physical health. Dust falling on the equipment will affect the operation, and it will also cause the electrical equipment to malfunction and cause accidents.
